Step1： launch your computer into Safe Mode with Networking.
Constantly hit F8 when you restart your computer and then hit F8, and finally chooes Safe Mode with Networking.

Step 2: Terminate the process of Trojan.Yather .
Hit Ctrl+Shift+Esc to enter Task Manager and then find random.exe and terminate it.
