Step 1: Restart the infected computer into Safe Mode with Networking.
Hit F8 constantly when you restart your computer until you see there couple options coming up, move with your arrow key to choose Safe Mode with Networking.


Step 2: Show all hidden files of virus and its components.
Click : Start->Control Panel->Appearance and Personalization->Folder Option->View.
under the View tab, check Show hidden files, folders and drivers. And uncheck Hide protected operating system files (Recommended) and then click OK.


Step 3: Open your registry editor and delete the following regsitry values:
Hit Win+R in your computer and then type regedit and hit Enter.


Find the following regsitry values and change the values of Start Page into google.com
%AppData%Local[random].exe
C:\Documents and Settings\LocalService\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files\random.exe
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main StartPage
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
